Hi we got married at Ridgmont House back in June 2007. I never thanked everyone at the time but I want to write this to tell you that this is the most perfect venue you could wish for. All the staff are fabulous but Darren is in a league of his own when it comes to weddings. The personal attention to detail he gives you will find it difficult to find anywhere else. He made our day so special and is a credit to the job he does.
Anyone thinking of getting amrried here should not think twice just book it because you will not be disappointed.

Attended Si & Nat's wedding as best man Sat 11th July 09. Unfortunately I had to leave early and in a hurry so couldn't thank the staff personally.... You were all friendly, professional and very helpful making the day run as smoothly as poss and tending to any requests. We got married at the Ridgmont on Friday 17th April 2009 and we couldn't have wished for a better day. Where do we start? Well first off, we must say that from the 1st time we met Darren after looking round many venues and being indecisive, the meeting with Darren at the Ridgmont changed all that. The Ridgmont is in a fabulous location and the staff our great. We are both pretty fussy when it comes to good food, but I can honestly say that the wedding breakfast was 1st class in every way! All our guests loved it and still go on about it today. Although the venue, food and service (staff) are all amazing, the highlight of having our wedding at the Ridgmont was Darren. Darren is such a nice guy and a pleasure to be around. He is also a fountain of knowledge, with lots of ideas when it comes to planning a wedding. The wedding of Damien Bradley and Lisa Colley was without exception a perfect day at Ridgemont House. From our first visit to the venue and our friendly and supportive meetings with Darren and Leba, we felt we had found the perfect place. This fabulous service continued throughout our visits and whenever we needed to ask a question. Lisa's ideal wedding was crafted by Darren as if he knew what she wanted instinctively and the final event was brilliant. The sun shone, the grounds were lovely, the house was beautifully laid out and the staff were superb. The master of ceremonies was warm and friendly and kept everyone calm during speeches, and the food was excellent.
This is the place to have your wedding. Nothing is too much trouble, right down to the finest detail, and as Mother of the Bride, Darren made me feel like royalty on this special day. Every single guest loved it and we will remember the day with delight, emotion and gratitude for the great efforts and excellent professionalism of Darrens Team. Thanks a million.

We had our wedding on 29th February 2008 at Ridgmont House and the day couldn't have been more perfect. From Darren putting all our ideas together and giving us the freedom to do as we wished, to Norma dealing with some of our "picky" guests!! Nothing was too much trouble and this enabled us to just sit back and enjoy our big day. We will forever look back over that day with such fond memories and it is mainly down to the excellent care of the Ridgmont Staff.

The staff were extremely accommodating and professional, and treated one older disabled relative with dignity and respect. The venue looked fantastic, and was the source of much conversation throughout the day, the food was delicious, and presented beautifully - give our regards to the chef!!
